The Piedirosso vinified in pureness is a medium body wine, neat and characterized by a striking aromatic personality. The Mustilli family cultivated the Piedirosso grapes since the ’70 and produces a wine extremely appreciated, especially in those occasions requiring a medium-structure wine, pleasantly fruity and easily matched.

ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
CHROMATIC RANGE: Bright ruby red with purple hints, fairly intense.
BOUQUET: Intense, persistent, delicate, fruity with notes of ripe red fruit, officinal plants, lavender, sage and thyme.
TASTE: Dry, savory, fairly tannic, good structured, delicate. Balanced and intense with dried fruit tones.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-17° C.
GASTRONOMIC MATCH: It goes well pasta seasoned with meat souce, timbales, “sartu” (rice and meat) and meat rolls. Ideal matched with fish dishes, especially fish soups.
