Aglianico "Grifo di Rocca" Sannio Doc
The Grifo (griffon) ia a small hawk located in the South of Italy. He nests in abandoned towers, forts and castles. Due to its striking liveliness, we gave this name to our younger Aglianico. The Grifo di Rocca represents our Aglianico- based wine more trained than the wine farm cru Cesco di nece.

ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
CHROMATIC RANGE: Deep ruby with purple hints.
BOUQUET: Intense, persistent of dark and red fruit, sour black cherry, morello cherry and roasted spices, black pepper.
TASTE: Dry, savory, fairly tannic, full, with ripe fruit and peppery notes..
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18° C.
GASTRONOMIC MATCH: It goes well with soups, Italian “lasagna”, “sartu” (rice and meat), beef, chicken dishes and soft cheeses .
