The cuisine is the feather in Mustilli’s cap, supervised directly by expert cook and perfect hostess, Signora Marilì. The traditional flavours of Campania are given a touch of creativity and passion: homemade pasta with seasonal sauces, wild mushrooms and asparagus, local meat, cheese and the famous annurca apples of S. Agata dei Goti to be enjoyed fresh, baked or in delicious cakes. All those taking part to the cooking classes will be really busy in the preparation of traditional recipes and by the end they will really taste what they prepared.
