Terms of sale online

1. All retail prices include VAT
2. Shipping will be included with invoice just upon request of the customer and it will be inserted inside the package, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
3. The prices of goods and the special offers may vary from vintage to size. For this reason, the Mustilli srl company reserves the right to make changes without notice.
4. If a price is incorrectly published by mistake, the Mustilli srl company reserves the right to give up the sale.

Defective Goods/ damaged shipping

In case of defective goods:

1. It will be returned to the Company within 10 days from delivery.
2. Delivery costs and packaging for return shipment shall be charged to the customer
3. Defective goods will be returned or refunded (if exhausted) by the Mustilli srl Company

In case of damaged shipping

If you receive packages from ​​Mustilli srl visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by leakage from broken bottles of wine) you can do as follows:

1. If it is a shipping of more packages, return the damaged package to sender by signing the packing slip “Rejected Goods”. It will be our care to withdraw  and return the damaged package.
2. If it is a shipping of a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as above we will take care to withdraw and return the damaged package.

In case of stockout, you will be contacted for replacement of damaged goods. If you will not find any product for the replacement, the Mustilli srl company will reimburse you the amount paid.

Information on right to withdraw

Purchases on the site www.shop.mustilli.con are subject to the specification D.Lgs. 206/05, that guarantees the right to withdraw the purchase contract, for whatever reason.

Terms of the right of withdrawal

1. The goods must be absolutely intact
2. The withdrawal right is reserved to persons only, thereby excluding purchases made by retailers or person who in any way purchase for resale to third parties.
3. Shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
4. On his arrival in warehouse, goods will be examined for damage or tampering (the integrity of the goods is  necessary condition for the right of withdrawal). Therefore we recommend to use the best caution in preparing the package, for example, using the original packaging.
5. to exercise this right of withdrawal you must send a notice within 10 days from delivery and send the goods within 15 days.

Procedure to be followed

Send an e-mail to shop@mustilli.com containing the statement of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:

1. order number and date
2. invoice number
3. which product should be subject to withdrawal, identified by the item number
4. bank details (IBAN code)

Then you have to wait for a notification from our Customer Service to authorize the return. Upon receipt of this communication the goods must be returned within 15 days to:

Time for reimbursement

Mustilli srl company is committed to refund the customer within 14 working days of receipt of goods, accrediting to the customer the amount corresponding to the value of the goods indicated on the invoice or receipt. The above amount does not include shipping, in accordance with the D.Lgs n. 206 del 6/09/2005.

Accepted payment methods

1. Cash. This system of payment is accepted up to a total of € 500,00. It will be added a contribution of € 5,00.
2. Online using a credit card through PayPal system, easy and secure. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with security and fraud prevention
3. By bank transfer. In this case, the shipment will be made upon receipt of payment. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily bring order number, order date, customer name and surname.
